AKABI - Business Data Partner Leader

AKABI is looking for a permanent Business Data Partner/Leader (FR/UK) for an internal role in CDI.
Our client is based in Brussels, hiring on payroll (final customer - healthcare sector).
(No freelancer for this function).
As a Business data leader you will
Work closely with key departments, assess their data environment, organise workshops in order to understand their data needs, provide data guidance and define with them the most appropriate and profitable data investment
Be up-to-date with the customer needs and strategy; understand business drivers and changing regulations within and related to the data products
Help departments to generate and define data projects
Guide departments in the choice of data solutions, meet suppliers, evaluate their proposal and help in the partnership selection.
Assist the Data Product owner to build an implementation roadmap base on business needs
Supporting departments in the use of self-service tools/assets
Work on the awareness of the appropriate use of data and AI capabilities with our main stakeholders while emphasizing GDPR and EU AI Act implication
Ensure that data is properly exploited to support growth, innovation and operational efficiency
Your profile
You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Social Sciences or equivalent experience with an important background in analytics.
You have an experience in business analytics, customer insights or market research client management (analytics consultancy).
You have a strong work ethic and a skillset geared toward business management and a strong will to understand the inner workings of the business.
You have a proactive mindset to propose data solutions to stakeholders
You have an experience in leading multi-disciplinary data projects as well as handling day-to-day information requests from the business.
You are able to successfully manage multiple tasks at any given point, strong relationship building skills & communication skills. Working in Agile framework is a plus.
You have excellent analytical skills
Experience with reporting packages such as Tableau, Power BI, Business Objects, SQL, Python, Alteryx, rapid miner, SAS, talend, and others
Understanding of AWS environment is a nice to have.
You are curious about new analytics technologies (advanced analytics, automation solutions)
You have excellent communication & presentation skills in both French and English, as business data partner you are also a driving force in suggesting new data solutions.

A full-time CDI contract with flexible working hours and the possibility of remote working up to 3 days a week
