Om het Belgische project sales team binnen de Measure & Analyse afdeling te versterken en te ondersteunen, zijn zij op zoek naar een Inside Sales Engineer - Instrumentation.


Jouw eerste stap naar een glansrijke carrière binnen Emerson is gezet Als Trainee word je ondergedompeld in Emerson's Measure & Analyse gamma. Binnen de functie van Inside Sales Engineer vervul je een echte sleutelpositie. Een duidelijke en klantgerichte communicatie staat in dit proces centraal:

  • Na je opleidingsperiode bied je klanten gepaste oplossingen aan die je vervolgens uitwerkt.
  • Je verdiept je in de klantensituatie waardoor je de nodige informatie vergaart om zo je berekeningen en dimensioneringen uit te voeren.
  • Je doet steeds beroep op je commerciële mindset en kritische blik. Zo weet je offertes, bestellingen en contracten concreet vorm te geven.
  • Je speelt een essentiële rol tussen verschillende departementen binnen Emerson en hun productiesites wereldwijd.

Je kan rekenen op een custom-made opleidingstraject waardoor je zelf kan aangeven waarin en hoe je jezelf wilt ontplooien. Daarnaast worden er bedrijfs- en fabrieksbezoeken gepland waardoor je een breed scala aan branches (Life Sciences, Energie, Chemie, Voeding en meer) zal verkennen. Last but not least, ga je aan de slag met een echte business case om een goed idee te krijgen van wat Emerson te bieden heeft en welke mogelijkheden er binnen de organisatie zijn.

  • Je bent recent afgestudeerd of je kan terugblikken op 18 maanden werkervaring.
  • Je genoot een bachelor- of masteropleiding in een technische richting (chemie, elektromechanica, procestechnologie,).
  • Je bent een geboren ondernemer, klaar om te leren en te groeien.
