Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to strengthen their Belgian leadership team.You will join a modern, multicultural environment where your responsibilities are aligned with your expertise and your ambition.Lead and coach a team of accounting professionalsMonitor workload, planning and productivity across the departmentEnsure timely and qualitative delivery for the full client portfolioReview periodic reports, annual accounts, VAT and tax returnsCoordinate client audits and maintain strong client relationshipsSupport business development through fee proposals and client onboardingImplement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and standardisationWork closely with local management to execute the company strategyNative Dutch or French speaker, fluent in English (C1/C2)Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
