Looking for a new adventure?Are you ready to be the person in charge?An international group in the city center of Brussels is looking for an Accounting Manager to take charge of a 25-person department in a forward-thinking environment with zero micromanagement.ProfileDutch or French speaker with excellent command of EnglishBachelor's degree in Accounting + ITAA CertifiedAt least 7 years of experience in an accountancy firmProven experience in coaching, managing, and developing team members.Key TasksSupervise, coach, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and deliver high-quality output.Perform global review of client accounts, periodic reporting, annual accounts, VAT and tax returns.Manage client relationships, coordinate audits, follow onboarding processes, and prepare commercial proposals.Drive process optimization, standardization, and adherence to internal procedures.What We OfferAnnual salary up to 100,000 € gross.Full package benefits, including:Company car: 950 € / monthNet expense allowance: 300 € / monthFull family DKV coverage (ambulatory / dental / optical)Meal vouchers: 8 €Mobile phone & laptopEco-vouchers: 250 €For freelancers: 13,000 € / month3 days of homeworking per week.International, value-driven work environment with strong focus on growth.No micromanagement, full trust and autonomy.Real opportunities for career development and continuous improvement.
