Accounting – Team Leadership – Process Optimization – Client Portfolio Management Sander Finance is looking for an Accounting Manager in Brussels. Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to strengthen their Belgian leadership team. You will join a modern, multicultural environment where your responsibilities are aligned with your expertise and your ambition. Lead and coach a team of accounting professionals Monitor workload, planning and productivity across the department Ensure timely and qualitative delivery for the full client portfolio Review periodic reports, annual accounts, VAT and tax returns Coordinate client audits and maintain strong client relationships Support business development through fee proposals and client onboarding Implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency and standardisation Work closely with local management to execute the company strategy Native Dutch or French speaker, fluent in English (C1/C2) Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master in Tax is a plus ITAA membership required Minimum 5 years of experience in outsourcing, fiduciary or multinational environments Proven experience managing and coaching a team Strong technical knowledge, hands-on mindset and problem-solving attitude Client-focused, organised and quality-driven Able to engage, motivate and build credibility within a team Salary up to 165K yearly depending on seniority and status Full benefits package including company car meal vouchers, eco vouchers, group & hospitalization insurance Hybrid working model with up to 3 days ...
