A renowned international company specializing in serviced offices is looking for a Partnerships Developer to drive its expansion in Belgium / Brussels area.
Candidates must be based in Brussels area and have professional English proficiency along with fluency in French (Dutch is a plus)
As part of this B2B role, you will be responsible for securing new partnerships with private property owners, contributing to the company’s network growth by opening new locations in your region.
You will work closely with the Real Estate department, Legal Team, and Board, reporting directly to the Country Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Engage with prospects and lead commercial negotiations.
- Present projects to the Board and establish new partnerships.
- Secure new locations by successfully closing deals.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in French & proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Proven hunter mentality with a strong drive for sales.
- Experience in B2B business development and sales within a dynamic, fast-paced environment (experience in selling services is an advantage).
- Demonstrated success in closing large deals.
- Strong deal-closing skills with a strategic and results-driven mindset.
Salary & Benefits:
- 60k€ to 68k€ gross per annum including 13th month and vacation money, depending on experience.
- 8k€ car allowance per year (expenses for fuel and travel costs separately)
- 150€ monthly for net allowances
- Commission scheme (eg : 10 deals/year you earn 37k€)
