ABOUT THE JOB
The need for flexible serviced offices is booming and Silversquare continues to expand. As part of our development, we are looking for an ambitious Business Developer that will cover the Belgian market. You should be trialinguel (NL / FR / EN), know how to attract and convert leads into future Silversquare members. You create opportunities and close them. You are commercially driven and listen to understand your client's needs. Someone who will find excitement In searching for the best possible solutions to satisfy and exceed expectations of our future members. You are a team player, fun and lively
As a Business Developer, you prospect actively corporate accounts and create new business opportunities for Silversquare Belux. You like to generate leads through cold calling, linkedIn, research, networking, and driving your territory. You organize and balance your activities appropriately (prospecting, selling, and account management) to create results. You work closely with our Business Managers and report to the Sales Director.
Main responsibilities:
- Design and Implement sales strategies according to Silversquare's vision
- Define your action plan
- Meet revenue targets according to business plan

- Active prospection of companies using a variety of prospecting tools and techniques
- Connect with key decision-makers
- Managing and converting incoming prospects into future members
- Promote Silversquare's services and identify sales opportunities
- Consistently maintain a network of contacts
- Stay Informed about the office space market, flex industry trends and the competitive landscape.
- Maintain broker network
ABOUT YOU
- You own a Master's degree
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in C-level sales
- You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
- You master Microsoft Office
- You like working in a challenging environment, not being afraid to learn or to face any obstacle.
- You exhibit the highest level of professional and presentation standards
- You strive to exceed goals, targets and standards
- You are self-confident, deal effectively with pressure, recover quickly from setbacks, and remain optimistic and persistent even under adversity
- You’re proactive, reliable, loyal and keen to take on the responsibility
