Votre mission : créer, innover et propulser le business
En tant que Business Developer, vous jouez un rôle clé dans l’expansion et le succès de l’entreprise. Vous identifiez de nouvelles opportunités, développez des partenariats stratégiques et mettez en place des stratégies de croissance ambitieuses.
Job Description:
- Détecter et exploiter les opportunités du marché : analyse des tendances, veille concurrentielle et identification des leviers de croissance.
- Tisser des relations stratégiques : développer et entretenir des partenariats solides avec des acteurs clés du secteur.
- Élaborer des stratégies innovantes en collaboration avec la direction pour booster la notoriété de la société et maximiser son impact commercial.
- Renforcer l’image de marque : publications LinkedIn, employer branding, relations presse, événements, digitalisation de la communication.
- Piloter la performance commerciale : animer les réunions hebdomadaires avec les Business Managers, accompagner les négociations, préparer des supports percutants pour les sponsor meetings.
- Être le point de contact unique (SPOC) sur les appels d’offres de grands projets, en assurant une gestion rigoureuse et efficace.
Candidate Profile:
- Diplôme en commerce ou en ingénierie avec une forte orientation commerciale.
- Expérience confirmée de minimum 5 ans en tant que Business Developer.
- Connaissance du secteur des Data Centers (un atout).
- Aisance avec les outils digitaux et les stratégies de communication en ligne.
- Maîtrise parfaite du français et de l’anglais.
- Excellentes capacités de communication, de négociation et d’influence.
- Autonomie, esprit d’initiative et orientation résultats.
- Écoute active et capacité à anticiper les besoins du marché.
