Financial Controller Functieomschrijving
- Operational Data Management : Beheren en importeren data-gegevens in SharePoint en verwerken in Microsoft Dynamics NAV voor zowel het engineering- als het productiedepartement.
- Financial Processing and Bookkeeping : Boekingen uitvoeren van operationele uren, logistieke orders en financiële boekingen in NAV, volgens de US GAAP-standaard.
- Work in Progress (WIP) Management : Provisies voorzien, marges analyseren, beheren niet-gefactureerde inkomsten en bijwerken financiële documentatie met betrekking tot WIP.
- Financial Reconciliations and Reporting : Maandelijkse en driemaandelijkse financiële reconciliaties uitvoeren, financiële overzichten voorbereiden voor intern en extern gebruik, beheren US GAAP-boekingen voor POC-programma's.
- Sales and Backlog Reconciliation : Reconcilieren verkoopbestanden met openstaande NAV-orders en bijwerken projectbeheer- en backlograpporten om actuele data te garanderen.
- Quarterly and Yearly Financial Operations : Uitvoeren van IC-reconciliaties en US GAAP-rapportage.
- System Administration : Assisteren bij het beheren van SharePoint- en NAV-instellingen voor nieuwe fiscale periodes, inclusief updates van tijdrapporteringsperioden en het creëren van nieuwe bronnen en interne programma's.
- Support to Program Management Office : Voorbereiden capaciteitsgegevens voor follow-up-vergaderingen.
- Master Diploma in Finance, Accounting of een gerelateerd vakgebied.
- Sterke vaardigheden in Excel.
- Bewezen ervaring met een ERP-pakket en SharePoint.
- Goede kennis van US GAAP en financiële regelgeving.
- In staat om meerdere projecten efficiënt te beheren in een snel-evoluerende omgeving.
- Uitstekende analytische, organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden.
- Hoge nauwkeurigheid in databeheer en financiële analyse.
