La Fondazione Articolo 49 ETS è emanazione diretta di WITHUB e ne incarna l’anima sociale e di intervento, sostanziando gli obiettivi di responsabilità sociale d’impresa del gruppo e dei suoi partner. Si pone come scopo la piena e concreta attuazione dei principi fondamentali sanciti dalla Costituzione della Repubblica Italiana, individuando quale perno di azione l’articolo 49 della Carta stessa. L’obiettivo della Fondazione è quello di diffondere la cultura della partecipazione in ogni ambito della vita pubblica attraverso l’informazione, la consapevolezza, il coinvolgimento, lo stimolo all’applicazione costante del metodo democratico.

Siamo alla ricerca di una risorsa da inserire nella nostra sede di Bruxelles con il ruolo di Public Relations & Event PM che si occuperà di:

  • contribuire allo sviluppo di efficaci strategie di sviluppo dei rapporti con gli stakeholders istituzionali e non, nonché con gli associati, anche potenziali, della Fondazione, tanto a livello europeo e internazionale quanto a livello nazionale;
  • monitorare i processi politici, legislativi e normativi di potenziale interesse per la Fondazione, identificando in collaborazione con le funzioni interne coinvolte i possibili impatti;
  • assicurare il coordinamento con le attività associative di interesse e supportando la presenza associativa del management della Fondazione e di Withub;
  • rappresentare la Fondazione in incontri, audizioni pubbliche ed eventi di settore;
  • coordinare e attuare campagne di advocacy;
  • preparare position papers, dichiarazioni ufficiali e altri materiali di supporto;
  • redigere report e briefing su tematiche legislative e regolamentari;
  • mantenere aggiornate le conoscenze su questioni politiche e normative attraverso la ricerca continua e la partecipazione a conferenze e seminari;
  • pianificare e coordinare in modo dettagliato le diverse eventi che potranno essere organizzati a Bruxelles o in Italia;
  • individuare i fornitori e concordare le modalità e i tempi per la fornitura di prodotti e servizi;

Requisiti:

  • Diploma di laurea, preferibilmente in Scienze Politiche, Giurisprudenza o Economia;
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel campo delle relazioni istituzionali, public affairs o lobbying;
  • Ottime capacità relazionali ed abilità comunicative, sia scritte che orali;
  • Orientamento ai risultati e capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e in team;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la conoscenza della lingua francese e di altre lingue è un plus.
