Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor specifiek toegewezen klanten in de farma- en healthcaresector die een zending willen plaatsen (info geven en vragen beantwoorden, doorverwijzen, zending plaatsen) en bouwt samen met hen een tijdslijn uit.

Een dag waar jij met voldoening naar huis terugkeert, ziet er als volgt uit


• het verzorgen van dagelijkse contacten met klanten en dealers via diverse communicatiemiddelen
• het boeken van luchtvrachtzendingen via airlines of gateway
• het coördineren van luchtvrachtzendingen van start tot aan de POD (proof of delivery)
• het voorbereiden van documenten ter certificatie/legalisatie
• het selecteren van de beste verzendmethode voor klanten
• het afleveren van op en top afgewerkte klantendienstverlening
