Sales Support Administrator

Key Responsibilities  

  • General support to sales area. 

  • Records orders & contacts with main customers to coordinate the installation of devices. 

  • Process all orders   in a timely manner.  

  • Advises customers of schedule dates and changes. 

  • Resolves customer & sales related issues. 

  • Liaise between the customer and internal projects team to ensure smooth implementation of installations. 

  • Uploads supporting documentation in a timely manner to ensure customers are invoiced promptly. 

  • Filing relevant data for sales in local Data Base (Baan). 

  • Making copies and record orders. 

  • Data entry for wide data relate to retail business and customer contacts. 

  • Maintains effective relationships with each company department to ensure the best level of communication, service, and response for the customer always. 

  • Compiles and submit required internal and external reports. 

  • Coordinates customer records using Salesforce and ensure diary management and monthly reports for account team. 

  • Support the team with reporting and administration tasks. 

  • Set up sales opportunities in the CRM system on behalf of the sales team. 

  • Any other duties assigned by reporting manager. 

 

What we are looking for  

 

  • Minimum 3-year experience either in Sales Support or Back Office. 

  • At least 1 year of experience as Support user (Sales or Operations). 

  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Office Excel. 

  • Good knowledge of written and spoken English. 

  • Good organization and communication skills. 

  • Able to work in a team and stressful conditions.
