**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Sales Support medewerker werk je nauw samen met de sales, logistiek en magazijn en lever je zowel administratieve als commerciële ondersteuning om het verkoopproces te optimaliseren. Je hebt een centrale rol binnen het bedrijf en bent aanspreekpunt voor klanten en collega’s. Het takenpakket bestaat uit 70% backoffice waarbij je zodra een overeenkomst getekend is zorgt dat je alles in orde brengt voor de bestelling, levering en facturatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzoeken van informatie, het opstellen en opvolgen van dossiers en verwerking van bestellingen. Daarnaast voer je 30% commerciële taken uit zoals het telefonisch contacteren van bestaande klanten om extra producten/diensten te verkopen.
**Jouw profiel**
Voor deze job als Sales Support zoekt Hays iemand die vlot communiceert in het Nederlands en Frans. Je beschikt over een middelbaar diploma (in een administratieve richting) en je kan bij voorkeur een eerste relevante werkervaring in customer service, customer support of inside sales voorleggen. Gemotiveerde schoolverlaters komen ook in aanmerking. Daarnaast ben commercieel en administratief sterk, analytisch ingesteld en je hebt een zeer goede kennis SAP en/of Oracle. Ten slotte ben je leergierig waardoor je snel dingen oppikt en gemakkelijk met verschillende computersystemen overweg kan.

Onze klant uit Diegem is een bekend internationaal bedrijf dat een Sales Support zoekt ter uitbreiding van hun team. Je komt terecht in een enthousiast team van 8 personen met flexibele werkuren en waarbij 2 dagen thuiswerk mogelijk is Je werkt 39 uren per week en hebt jaarlijks recht op 12 adv-dagen.
