Introducing a great opportunity for an Service Desk Administrator to join a Fortune 500 company, Emerson Automation Solutions. With our solutions and services, we serve our global customers in the process industry to meet their expectations and maintain the #1 position in customer happiness. If you are ready to raise the bar to work with top customers in the industry representing the Valves, Pressure Management, Regulators business unit and you have a ‘Think Customer’ and ‘Drive for result’ mentality this might be the role for you.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Logging and follow up of customer incidents
- Registers questions/suggestions
- Acting as the interface between the customer, the technical support teams in the factories, and all internal groups, including the field service engineers, sales representatives and warehouse administrator to assure clear communication and high service levels.
- Planning and supervising customer related activities, both external and internal
- Perform all tasks associated with accurate and timely administration of customer service orders
- Maintains accurate records of discussion/correspondence with customer
- Managing inventory and stock - Spares for LTSA’s and service interventions
- Use Emerson CRM, OSC and other relevant tools required for this role according to the defined processes
For This Role, You Will Need:
- At least 3 years proven experience in similar position
- Open, communicative personality
- Advanced level of telephone and complaints handling skills and able to negotiate with customers
- Secretary degree with technical knowledge, or equivalent by experience
- Capable of working in a modern office environment, good knowledge of the Microsoft office software
- Organizational skills for planning, stock management, sales order handling
- Familiar with Emerson divisions and products
- Verbal and written communication skills proficient in Dutch and English, French is a plus.
