We are looking for a **Windows Server Administrator** based in Diegem, Belgium.

The administrator will be part of the team managing the DHL Express Global Aviation IT, Windows Server, Active Directory and VMware environments.

This role is ideal for someone with around 3 years of experience looking to grow their skills in a dynamic IT setting.

**How will you contribute to the success of DHL?**:

- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments.
- Support the implementation and administration of VMware infrastructure.
- Monitor and optimize performance of Windows Server environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Participate in system updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure mínimal downtime.
- Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Collaborate with senior team members to support various IT projects and initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

**Do you have what it takes?**:

- Approximately 3 years of experience in system administration.
- Knowledge of Active Directory Domain Services.
- Basic understanding of networking principles and system architecture.
- Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell or similar tools.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem solving.
- Awareness of GDPR and IT security standards.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- You are fluent in English (spoken and written).
