• Passende oplossingen implementeren als antwoord op verzoeken, terwijl je actief deelneemt aan het operationele beheer van de technische infrastructuur.
• Zorgen voor de beschikbaarheid van de infrastructuur door monitoring- en capaciteitsbeheerpraktijken toe te passen om de evolutie ervan te garanderen.
• Service-upgrades en/of nieuwe innovatieve oplossingen voorstellen.
• Een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de operationele efficiëntie door taken te automatiseren via integratie met ons automatiseringsplatform (gebaseerd op Ansible & PostgreSQL).
• Reactieve ondersteuning bieden bij incidenten, gebruikmakend van diepgaande expertise om een snelle en effectieve oplossing te garanderen.
• Een proactieve aanpak hanteren om een stabiele, goed presterende infrastructuur in stand te houden die voldoet aan de strengste eisen op het gebied van beschikbaarheid en prestaties.
• Je coördineert activiteiten met betrekking tot je expertisegebied en communiceert met zowel interne klanten als je directe collega's. Profiel Je behaalde een Bachelor in een informaticarichting en beschikt over relevante ervaring in de uitoefening van een gelijkaardige functie.
Je hebt een grote interesse in oplossingen die de implementatie van netwerk- en beveiligingsdiensten in een multi-tenant omgeving ondersteunen. Je hebt met name affiniteit met een of meerdere oplossingen van het type DDI (dhcp, dns, ipam), Mail routing en beveiliging, Secure web access (SSL decryptie, antivirus, sandboxing), Radius, MFA, HSM, TimeStamp, NTP.
Je hebt basisvaardigheden in de belangrijkste spelers in de publieke cloud, Azure (+M365), Google, AWS.
Je bent bekend met services zoals XDR, SSE/ZTNA en je wilt deze onderwerpen graag onder de knie krijgen.
Je hebt kennis van netwerktechnologieën en -protocollen (TCP/IP) en bent in staat om monitoring- en loggingsystemen te implementeren en technieken voor eventanalyse en -correlatie toe te passen (bijvoorbeeld met behulp van de Machine Learning-uitbreidingen van de ELK-stack).
Je bent bekend met het beheer van Linux-systemen (RedHat, etc.).
Je hebt een goede kennis van automatiseringsprincipes, tools voor infrastructuurvoorziening en de basisbeginselen van scripting- en automatiseringstalen zoals Ansible en Python(base). Je bent bekend met de principes van het gebruik van API's (API REST) om systemen te laten samenwerken in een sterk gedistribueerde omgeving.
Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kan zelfstandig werken. Je bent resultaatgericht en kan passende en pragmatische oplossingen voorstellen.
Je bent een teamspeler met goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
Je blijft graag op de hoogte van de ontwikkelingen in je vakgebied en maakt je snel vertrouwd met nieuwe technologieën.
Je bent flexibel en kunt je snel aanpassen aan verschillende omgevingen.
Je durft initiatief te nemen en bent stressbestendig.
