Established Brands Global Patient Solution Lead

 

We are looking for a Global Patient Solution Lead to join us in our Established Brands team, based in Monheim, Germany or our HQ in Brussels, Belgium.

 

About the role

 

In this role as the EB Global Patient Solution Lead, you will prioritize and execute patient value projects across core franchises such as Allergy, Iron, and Neurology to not only meet but exceed sales targets, both within the local home-market and on a global scale. Your role will involve excelling in the execution of the Established Brand's strategy, driving growth by maintaining ownership of company´s assets while entrusting promotional management to the Established Brands Alliances.

 

Who youâll work with

 

As the Global Patient Solution Lead, you will report into Head Established Brands Allergy Marketing & Alliance Centre of Excellence and you will collaborate closely with Alliance Heads, fostering a dynamic partnership to achieve effective localization of strategies, insights, and the implementation of the optimization strategy.

 

 

What youâll do

 

  • Analyze data for market exploration and business cases that advance our OTC strategy within the local ecosystems.
  • Leverage marketing capabilities, covering insight gathering, tactical planning (audience, content, channel), and conducting evaluations and optimizations for initiatives.
  • Manage alliance stakeholders for Established Brands' value maximization, prioritizing cross-market/franchise efforts.
  • Lead projects, engaging stakeholders, planning budgets and timelines, defining scope and outcomes, and applying Agile tools and methodologies as needed.
  • Execute local operational tasks, including approvals, calculations for local partnerships, and follow-up.

  • Master's Degree required, preferably in Business/Marketing or Life Science Studies
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience marketing roles. Demonstrated expertise and significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven experience in Alliance stakeholder management.
  • Background in Neurology, Allergy, or Iron preferred, with exposure to diverse geographic markets.
  • Proficiency in both verbal and written English and German. High cultural awareness, openness to travel.
  • Knowledge of 'Agile' tools and methodologies is an asset.
