As the CFO of the Business Solutions Division within Isabel Group, you will play a pivotal role in steering the division towards financial operational excellence. You’re hands-on with an eagle-eye view to always keep oversight.
As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, efficient financial operations, and strategic financial planning to support the division’s growth objectives.
You will be part of our leadership team, reporting into Marie Costers.
As the financial maestro of our division, what will be your favorite to-do list?
- On number 1 - lead the financial strategy and operations of the Business Solutions Division, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall objectives.
- Manage and oversee a team of experts involved in finance operations, ensuring quality control and adherence to agreed standards and deadlines.
- Be responsible for the comprehensive financial operations of the division, including but not limited to, accounting, billing & collection, controlling, budgeting, reporting and procurement.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls and processes to mitigate risks and enhance the efficiency of financial operations.
- Drive the financial planning process, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support decision-making and divisional growth.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, fiscal and regulatory requirements related to financial operations in Europe (with a strong expertise in Belgium & France).
- Lead, guide, and mentor both internal finance team members and external finance contractors, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
