Jouw functie- Je biedt technische ondersteuning en advies aan interne en externe belanghebbenden. Intern gaat het om Sales, Marketing en R&D. Externe belanghebbenden zijn schilders, voorschrijvers in de bouwsector en het verkoop- en baliepersoneel van verfgroothandelaren.
- Praktisch gezien bestaat je functie uit 4 onderdelen:
1) Bezoeken en interventies op locatie in het kader van complex technisch advies of bij klachten.
2) Het geven van technische en assortimentsopleidingen over onze merken aan eigen personeel, verfgroothandelaars en schilders.
3) Testen en vergelijkende analyse van onze verven bij nieuwe productlanceringen of klachten.
4) Beoordelen en opstellen van technisch advies voor schilders en bestekschrijvers.
- Je werkt dagelijks nauw samen met je technische collega's en het verkoopteam. De dagelijkse organisatie van je werk doe je in overleg met de technische buitendienstcoördinator.
- Je houdt je eigen technische kennis op peil door nauw samen te werken met je collega's van de afdeling en op de hoogte te blijven van technische ontwikkelingen in de verfwereld.
- Je werkt vanuit Vilvoorde en je werkgebied is voornamelijk Wallonië, maar je bent de back-up voor je collega in Vlaanderen.
Jouw profiel
- Je hebt een bachelordiploma in een technische richting (bv. ingenieurswetenschappen, bouwkunde, scheikunde) of gelijkwaardige door ervaring bv. als werfleider in de bouwsector.
- Bij voorkeur heb je affiniteit met afwerking en/of verf/schilderen. Hierdoor heb je een basis van de technische aspecten van schilderen/verf, zowel praktisch als theoretisch.
- Je bent communicatief (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) en klantgericht. Je voelt je comfortabel in het spreken in het openbaar en met verschillende soorten mensen.
- Je hebt een professionele presentatie, commercieel inzicht en bent in staat om neutrale en feitelijke conclusies te schrijven.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Frans en Nederlands.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de gebruikelijke computerprogramma's (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, enz.) en leert graag werken met andere software die specifiek is voor je functie.
- We bieden je een vast voltijds contract (40u/w) in een commercieel/technische omgeving gericht op de Belgische professionele verfmarkt (B to B).
- Een functie die de commerciële wereld (klantencontact) combineert met de technische wereld, ideaal om de eerste stappen te zetten naar een commerciële functie of omgekeerd, om terug te keren vanuit een commerciële rol naar meer techniek zonder het contact met klanten te verliezen.
- Dit is zowel een externe functie (onderweg) als een interne functie, met veel verantwoordelijkheid en waarin je je technische kennis kan verdiepen.
- Je komt terecht bij een toonaangevende organisatie en marktleider, waar duurzaamheid en hoge kwaliteitsnormen geen loze kreten zijn. Je kunt terecht trots zijn op de producten die we leveren aan de doe-het-zelf en professionele verfmarkt (Sikkens Trimetal, Herbol, Polyfilla, Levis, Xyladecor, etc.)
- Omdat we een multinational zijn, zijn er voldoende doorgroeimogelijkheden.
