**ABOUT THE EMPLOYER**:
Our client is a managed service provider with a particular focus on connectivity, located in Vilvoorde. The close-knit team will be delighted to welcome you as a part of the team and assist you with your training and integration.

**MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- To serve as **the customers' first point of contact** and to assist them in resolving connectivity and networking issues.
- To analyse **support requests** and evaluate their complexity and priority.
- You will also follow up and report allocated **requests and interventions**.
- Order preparation, router inventory management, configuration, and site installation, keeping track of inventories.
- Supervise **the network** to tackle problems proactively.
- Taking part in **duty service** to support 24/7 SLA.
- Providing **cover and support** to the rest of the team when required.
- Collaborating **with external partners** to ensure prompt and efficient assistance in the necessary areas.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- You have a **strong affinity for IT, technology, and innovation**, and you have a technical degree or can demonstrate your technical knowledge through **work experience**.
- You communicate well and efficiently in **French, Dutch and English**. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- We are looking for somebody with a **positive attitude** and a **strong eagerness to learn** more about our products and service
- You are a **born team player** and dedicated to what you do.
- ** Service-minded** and also sufficiently stress-resistant to cope with unexpected situations.
- You can work independently, and you are **flexible and a problem solver**.
