Nous cherchons un Ingénieur de projets en instrumentation pour un de nos clients du secteur pharmaceutique situé dans le Brabant Wallon.

responsabilités

Dans le cadre d'un grand projet CAPEX, l'ingénieur de projet en instrumentation est chargé de diriger l'équipe d'instrumentation pour la mise en service, l'étalonnage et la qualification de l'ensemble des instruments du projet (environ 300 instruments).

Responsabilités principales :

  • Planifier et superviser le travail quotidien de l'équipe d'instrumentation, composée de 4 techniciens.
  • Coordonner les interactions avec les autres membres de l'équipe de projet, y compris la gestion de projet, l'automatisation, l'électricité, le processus, la qualité, et la santé, sécurité et environnement (EHS).
  • Définir et optimiser l'organisation et les processus de travail de l'équipe d'instrumentation.
  • Résoudre les conflits au sein de l'équipe et avec les autres membres de l'équipe de projet.
  • Diriger et motiver l'équipe pour atteindre les objectifs du projet.


    Tâches d'expert :

    • Agir en tant qu'expert technique et référence dans le domaine de l'instrumentation pour l'équipe.
    • Organiser et superviser les activités de dépannage pour assurer le bon fonctionnement des instruments.

      qualifications

      • Diplôme d'ingénieur ou équivalent dans le domaine de l'instrumentation ou de l'automatisation.
      • Expérience significative (min 5 ans) dans une fonction similaire dans le secteur de la chimie, pharmaceutique ou alimentaire.
      • Excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe
      • Bonnes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
      • Excellentes capacités de communication et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
      • Forte orientation vers les résultats et capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace.
      • Connaissance des normes et réglementations en matière de santé, sécurité et environnement.
      • Compétences techniques dans le domaine de l'instrumentation (débitmètre, capteur de niveau, manomètre, capteur de température, etc...)
