**EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:
**Essential Qualifications/Experience: - A university degree in Engineering, Business, Economics or related discipline; alternatively, 5 years of equivalent experience
- 3+ years recent experience in project coordination and implementation, dealing with a complex environment and a multitude of stakeholders
- Business Analysis, ideally in a variety of business environments
- 2+ years recent experience in ITSM and ITSOM products conducting business, collecting all necessary data for the configuration of the toolsets. Development experience not necessary
- Extensive experience in coordinating complex project implementation, especially of Service Management toolsets
- Extensive experience developing project documentation for all phases of a project
- Experience working with Microsoft Projects and Jira
- Extensive experience in conducting business analysis, from eliciting and documenting requirements, conducting stakeholders interviews and workshops, to conducting and documenting gap analysis, etc.;
- Knowledge and experience in ITIL 2011 processes
- Strong experience conducting business analysis to support the configuration / customisation of ITSM and ITSOM tools (including but not limited to BMC Remedy ITSM Suite v9.x and higher, BMC Discovery v11.x and higher, TrueSight Operations Management)
- Strong experience gathering data to support the technical team in the preparation of Remedy ITSM foundation data, process setup data, transactional asset data, build of service requests
- General understanding of ITIL / Service Management oriented organisations
Desirable Qualifications/Experience:
- Prince 2 Practitioner Certification
- ITIL 2011 Foundation Certification
- ITIL v4 Foundation Certification
DUTIES/ROLE:
- Develop project planning and management related documentation such as (but not limited to) Project Initiation Document (PID), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), Product Breakdown Structure (PBS), project schedules, project implementation plan, and so forth
- Prepare regular update slides and reports (to be used for both internal to project team and for stakeholders)
- Hold internal coordination meetings with team members, SMEs, etc., receive updates on the various project tasks and keep the project documentation regularly updated accordingly
- Hold regular update meetings with stakeholders
- Conduct indepth review of current processes versus project requirements and perform a gap analysis
- Support Technical Lead and Systems Engineer in requirements derivation where necessary
- Support in development of documentation (such as procedures and work instructions) for the toolsets being implemented
- Perform workshops for nominated stakeholders
- Gather needed data on stakeholders / customers business, organization, people, location, support groups, etc.
- Work closely with the technical team to support effective tailoring of the system(s) to achieve a fitforuse solution
