Bij de BASF-groep werken ongeveer 110.000 medewerkers waarvan er zo'n 5.500 werkzaam zijn in de Benelux. Ons productportfolio is onderverdeeld in zes segmenten: Chemicals, Materials, Industrial Solutions, Surface Technologies, Nutrition & Care en Agricultural Solutions.
VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en managers voor de toegewezen locaties en je biedt ondersteuning op het gebied van Leiderschap, Performance Management, de welzijnswet en HR beleid.
- Het begeleiden en coachen van managers op het gebied van People Management (in- en uitstroom) en het in gang zetten van verandertrajecten waar nodig.
- Het verzorgen van HR-expertise op het gebied van feedback, employee relations, ontwikkeling en coaching, beloning en organisatieontwikkeling.
- Je bent op de hoogte van interne en externe ontwikkelingen en je kunt dit omzetten in innovatief beleid.
- Deelnemen aan de voortdurende ontwikkeling van HR programma's, zoals werving, retentie, beloning, arbeidsvoorwaarden, Future of Work en Learning & Development.
- Analyseren en interpreteren van verschillende soorten personeelsrapporten (bijv. beloning, functieniveaus en verloop) om de besluitvorming te sturen en proactieve oplossingen te bieden aan hun klantengroep.
- Met behulp van een projectmatige aanpak coördineren, verbeteren en implementeren van HR-projecten en -processen en zorgen voor de juiste toepassing van de arbeidsvoorwaardenregelingen en wet- en regelgeving.
- Goede samenwerking creëren met de locale Management Teams en Ondernemingsraden.
- Actief bijdragen aan diverse projectgroepen.
- Identificeren van trainingsbehoeften voor teams en individuen.
- Bewezen staat van dienst in het werken met complexe matrixstructuren.
- Ervaren in het succesvol werken met ondernemingsraden.
- Uitstekende kennis van de huidige arbeidswetgeving in België.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, Frans is een pré.
- Een afgeronde Bachelor/Master opleiding op het gebied van Human Resource Management, Psychologie, Bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar.
- Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als HR Adviseur/HR Business Partner.
- Up-to-date kennis van arbeidsrecht en sociale zekerheid.
- Flexibiliteit om binnen België te reizen vanwege de regionale spreiding van onze vestigingen.
