Onze klant is een wereldwijde speler met de hoofdzetel in de buurt van Parijs. Ze maken hoogtechnologische IT-producten, netwerksystemen en – onderdelen. Op de site in Leuven is een R&D en een productieafdeling gevestigd waar 60 operatoren actief zijn. Wij zoeken ter versterking van het corporate kwaliteitsdepartement voor de lokale vestiging in België, regio Vlaams-Brabant, een kwaliteitsmanager.
Job description
De globale divisie kwaliteit bestaat uit 7 medewerkers die vanuit verschillende locaties werken. De quality coordinator die in Leuven is tewerkgesteld wordt enerzijds verantwoordelijk voor lokaal het verder uitbouwen van kwaliteitsbeleid, certificering en veiligheid en preventie op het werk. Anderzijds neemt hij/zij deel aan corporate kwaliteitsprojecten en implementeert die op lokaal niveau.
Taken van de quality manager zijn onder meer:
- Sterke interactie met de lokale R&D- en productieverantwoordelijken om hun activiteiten te laten beantwoorden aan de hoogste kwaliteitseisen
- Hands-on: schrijven van nieuwe bedrijfsprocedures, kwaliteitsrapporten etc. en communiceren naar klanten, leveranciers en andere afdelingen.
- ISO9001 certificering van de site, in het licht van de globale certificering van de groep
- ISO14001 certificering voor alle activiteiten op deze locatie
- Implementatie van acties die voortvloeien uit de ISO27001 certificering van het bedrijf
- Corporate initiatieven en -projecten van het bedrijf ondersteunen en ervoor zorgen dat globale processen worden geïmplementeerd
- Deel uitmaken van de interne dienst voor preventie en bescherming op het werk en deelname aan PBW comités
