In order to support strategic projects in the Circular Economy Solutions organization, we are looking for a Business Modelling Expert / Project Lead with a focus on Product and Supply Chain Management of recycled products. You will be part of a team that is driving business and data optimization projects where you will participate or lead improvement projects with focus on analysing the “as-is” and inventing the “to-be” business processes and IT tools to deliver optimal performance meeting business requirements. Excellence means never being satisfied with the status quo and always looking for improvements and increased efficiency by finding relevant benchmarking information, bringing outside-in experience, validating new trends and sharing best practices.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- Responsible for the creation, maintenance and governance of tools and processes and their digital twins
- Analyses complex business problems and translates them into technical solutions
- Creates communication bridge between business teams and IT teams
- Responsible for prioritisation of improvement project ideas in the pipeline based on complexity and value potential
- Participates or leads improvement projects with focus on analysing the “as-is” and inventing and implementing the “to-be” processes and tools to deliver optimal performance meeting business requirements
- Participates or leads projects with diverse team members (business analysts, subject matter experts, IT specialists)
- Validates process and tool improvement implementations
- Monitors performance of current processes, challenges process owners and brings innovation to achieve continuous improvement
- Delivers trainings concerning improved business processes and tools
- Master university degree in related field (Recycling Technology, Business Management, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain)
- Ability to navigate in an unstructured environment – structural thinker
- Strong team player with leadership potential and decision making skills
- Able to explain complex business problems in simple and understandable terms
- Ability to talk both business and IT language
- Proven experience in setting up and leading improvement projects
- Familiar with one of the programming languages (VBA, Matlab, Python, DAX, etc.) is nice to have
- Proficient in analysing complex business problems and translating them into technical solutions
- Working experience with any of following SAP modules (SAP R/3, S/4, APO, IBP) or any other ERP system is nice to have
- Background in Manufacturing / Supply chain area or Recycling business is nice to have
- User of advanced MS Excel features
- Fluent in English

Your salary package will reflect your profile, experience and the specifics of the country/location you apply for.
Should you join us in one of our Austrian locations and according to Austrian law , we offer compensation based on the collective labor agreement starting at EUR 70.400 annual gross salary (based on 38 hrs/week) plus a yearly bonus, and are willing to pay more based on your experience and background.
