**Working in the Business Navigation team**

**Your responsibilities as Process Analyst**
Our Process Analyst identifies, depending on the needs of the organization, the processes within his/her expertise that can be designed, improved, automated and/or standardized. You ensure conformity with other interrelated processes, and suggest alternatives and/or improvements:
- You identify the business needs/challenges and/or questions with all stakeholders, and analyze these needs using tools and methods. You identify the impact on existing processes, the organization, the customer experience, systems and/or tools.
- You map out the AS IS in consultation with the business and define the TO BE through workshops, interviews, etc., consider the feasibility/desirability in consultation with the stakeholders, and propose the best possible solution based on this. You develop, facilitate and document the necessary process modifications using process modeling tools.
- You monitor the existing processes, identify where (recurring) problems occur in the current systems/processes, and formulate/develop solutions by taking into account lessons learned. You standardize the processes to the extent possible (in line with the standards), always taking into account the interests of the stakeholders.
- You act as a point of contact regarding processes for all internal and external stakeholders and make proposals or give advice in translating the business requirements into implementation steps. You ensure the Single Source Of Truth with regard to processes and process documentation.
- You support change processes by jointly developing change plans, and supervise these improvement processes according to the plan and in accordance with the applicable agreements.
- You contribute to and support the organizational strategy from the perspective of process analysis, based on business expertise and possible future technology evolutions.
- You coordinate the process optimization within the broader business process, limiting any impact on other process elements and thus securing the interactions between the various core processes.

**Our ideal Process Analyst**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Process Analyst or Business Analyst.
- You have a good knowledge of English and Dutch. Good knowledge of French is a plus.
- You have relevant experience in process modeling, management, documentation and business analysis.
- You actively take initiative for process optimization within your assigned area of expertise, smoothly weighing options and guiding discussions.
- You interact, advise and collaborate as an expert with (strategic) managers and other relevant stakeholders and you are able to strive for consensus in case of conflicting interests.
- You always adapt your communication style/ style to the target audience and the context.
