Functiebeschrijving

Als Technical Consultant Security draag je met jouw grondige kennis van (in sommige gevallen meerdere) specifieke leveranciers, kennis van meerdere technologieën binnen een BU (Business Unit), primair intern en extern bij aan het definiëren van oplossingen en projecten in samenwerking met partners en de salesorganisatie.

En daarnaast:

  • Sta je het interne sales team bij voor het uitwerken van âpolyvalenteâ offertes

  • Werk je zelfstandig complexe technische offertes uit

  • Licht je offertes toe aan de klant en stel je de juiste oplossingen voor

  • Volg je de offertes op en zet je ze samen met Sales om naar orders

  • Beantwoord je accuraat en tijdig technische vragen van de klant (voor en na verkoop)

  • Organiseer je interne (voor het sales team) of externe (bij de klant) techni-commerciële workshops. Of je werkt op maat

  • Hou je jouw eigen productkennis up to date en behaal je tijdig de vereiste product certificaties indien nodig

  • Volg je het certificatieniveau van de interne en externe sales collegaâs op.

  • Ben je verantwoordelijk voor het actueel houden van onze demofaciliteiten.

  • Volg je alle relevante calls binnen jouw werkgebied op

Jij:

  • Neemt initiatief en hebt overtuigingskracht

  • Hebt affiniteit en/of relevante ervaring in de job

  • Als je een opdracht krijgt, bijt je je hier graag in vast

  • Voelt de (technische) noden van de klant goed aan en kan daar goed op inspelen. Je stelt hun wensen voorop

  • Wilt graag dat je werk goede resultaten oplevert en streeft altijd naar een win-winsituatie

  • Vindt het leuk om in een team samen te werken

  • Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands, Engels en beheerst ook goed Frans.

  • Hebt mogelijks ervaring met de bekendste softwareplatformen zoals o.a. Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google, Cisco of andere â¦
