The Role: Sales Manager – Maritime SaaS Software

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead the growth of Ship2Port in the Antwerp-Brugge region. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, driving sales, and building lasting relationships with clients in the maritime sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand Ship2Port's market presence.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, engaging with shipping agents, terminals, and port authorities.
  • Drive product packaging and pricing
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with product development and customer success initiatives.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Represent Ship2Port at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications & Experience:

Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably in the maritime or SaaS industry.

Strong understanding of the maritime sector, including port operations and security regulations.

Experience in selling SaaS solutions, with the ability to articulate technical value propositions.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Maritime Studies, or a related field.

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven sales strategies.

Fluency in English and Dutch (French is a plus).
