Voor een klant in de Vlaamse regio (Brussel) zijn wij op zoek naar 2 ervaren Functioneel Analisten (FA) in loondienst of freelance. Je komt terecht in een grote, maatschappelijk relevante organisatie waar digitalisering een sleutelrol speelt in het ondersteunen van burgers en lokale besturen. Binnen een mature IT-omgeving werk je mee aan de ontwikkeling van nieuwe toepassingen en de optimalisatie van bestaande systemen, steeds met focus op kwaliteit, samenwerking en impact. Je maakt deel uit van een agile scrumteam dat instaat voor maatontwikkeling in .NET/C#, aangevuld met SAP-oplossingen, case management en workflow-toepassingen. Je werkt nauw samen met product owners, business analisten, ontwikkelaars en testers binnen een professioneel en multidisciplinair IT-landschap. Details Start ASAP Brussel Lange termijn opdracht Nederlands – moedertaal of CEFR niveau C2 (vereist) Challenges Vertalen van businessanalyses naar duidelijke en implementeerbare functionele vereisten Uitwerken van functionele analyses en ontwerpen die aansluiten bij de bestaande architectuur en standaarden Opstellen van analysedocumentatie die direct bruikbaar is voor developers en testers Fungeren als inhoudelijke rechterhand van de product owner en mee prioriteiten bewaken Uitwerken van user stories en features op basis van high-level business behoeften Meewerken aan projecten en verbetertrajecten binnen een complex applicatielandschap Nauwe samenwerking met interne en externe stakeholders Bewaken van kwaliteit over de volledige keten Wie ben je en wat kan je (Wishlist) Je hebt minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring als functioneel analist of business analist. Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring met het vertalen van businessanalyses naar features en user stories. Je hebt minimum 5 jaar ervaring met .NET-omgevingen of sterke technische affiniteit hiermee. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van bedrijfsprocessen (BPM). Heb je deze ervaring? Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het documenteren van analyses en processen. Heb je deze ervaring? Je werkt vlot samen met stakeholders en hebt aantoonbare ervaring in stakeholder management. Heb je deze ervaring? Je hebt kennis van UML en BPMN en ervaring met modelleringstechnieken. Bij voorkeur heb je minimum 5 jaar ervaring. Je hebt ervaring met agile softwareontwikkeling volgens Scrum. Bij voorkeur heb je minimum 5 jaar ervaring. Je hebt kennis van databases. Je hebt technische kennis van Azure. Kennis van de publieke sector is een plus. Kennis van SAFe is een plus.
