As a Digital Performance Manager, you are responsible for driving measurable growth across Bolt's digital ecosystem. You use data as a tool to improve campaigns, sharpen our offering, and turn traffic into customers. You operate at the intersection of marketing, product and growth: optimising funnels, improving conversion, and continuously refining how Bolt shows up and performs across digital channels. More specifically You are a performance marketeer first. You own and optimise our digital acquisition channels (Google Ads, Meta and others), constantly improving efficiency, scale and impact. You use data to make better marketing decisions. You monitor performance closely, spot opportunities, and translate insights into concrete campaign, funnel and messaging improvements. You build and optimise the growth engine. You improve tracking, attribution and KPI frameworks, but always with one goal in mind: driving growth and results. You optimise funnels and the digital offering. CRO for you is not just about buttons and colours, it's about continuously refining our value proposition, flows and product experience to reduce friction and increase conversion. You think in hypotheses and experiments. You test, learn and iterate: landing pages, pricing logic, messaging, onboarding flows and acquisition strategies. You are hands-on and pragmatic. You don't only stay behind the desk — you actively contribute to campaigns, projects, productions and offline activations. You explore new tools and technologies. You experiment with AI and emerging technologies to improve speed, efficiency and performance across marketing and growth. You communicate impact, not just numbers. You explain what the data means and help colleagues understan, clearly, concretely, and in an action-oriented way. What we expect from you 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing or a similar digital role. A marketing mindset combined with strong analytical skills. Hands-on experience with paid media, CRO, funnels, tracking and optimisation. A structured way of working, paired with a bias for action and experimentation. Interest in using AI and new technologies to work smarter and scale faster. Fluent in English and Dutch or French. Motivation to contribute to the energy transition.
