Role: Head of Sales, EMEA - Engineered Wood Flooring Must be based: Europe, ideally based DACH (must speak English & German) Responsibilities Lead the commercial strategy and execution for engineered wood flooring across the EMEA region. This includes managing regional sales teams, developing market-specific strategies, and building strong relationships with distributors, retailers, architects, and developers. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to grow market share and revenue Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales team across EMEA Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, distributors, and specifiers Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to align regional goals Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategy Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance metrics Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings Requirements Must have sales experience in engineered wood flooring Must be fluent in English, ideally German Strong network in retail, distribution, and architectural communities Sales strategy and roadmap development Cross-functional collaboration Channel management and Customer negotiation skills Strong team management and inter-personal skills being able to work beyond boundaries. Takes personal ownership for advancing significant change. Executive presence and strong presentation skills with strong verbal and written communication Innovative and customer-centric approach to driving the product categories. Identifies and prioritizes the most critical future factors for making decisions. Ability to work in partnership and contribute at a senior level. Independent result-oriented working style with a systematic and flexible approach Good Communication and negotiation skills Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills (Willingness to travel often.
