Externe Coördinator Technische Opleidingen – Brussel Functieomschrijving Voor onze organisatie zoeken we een Coördinator Technische Opleidingen die de volledige organisatie van externe technische trainingen op zich neemt. Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne teams als externe opleidingspartners en zorgt ervoor dat alle technische medewerkers de juiste opleiding op het juiste moment volgen. Je bewaakt het volledige traject: van het ontwikkelen en actualiseren van opleidingscontent, het beheren van het LMS en de deelnemersadministratie, tot een vlot verloop van de praktische en logistieke planning. Verantwoordelijkheden 1. Opleidingsplanning & Operationele Uitvoering In overleg met verschillende afdelingen stel je de jaarlijkse opleidingsplanning op. Je regelt alle praktische voorbereidingen: locaties, trainers, materialen, uitnodigingen en opvolging. Je waakt erover dat terugkerende opleidingen tijdig ingepland worden en voldoen aan interne standaarden en wettelijke bepalingen. 2. LMS-beheer en Administratie Je koppelt functies en technische profielen aan de juiste opleidingen in het LMS. Je verwerkt inschrijvingen, aanwezigheid, certificaten en evaluaties. Je stelt rapporten op voor interne analyses, audits en compliance-doeleinden. 3. Ontwikkeling en Optimalisatie van Opleidingen Je analyseert feedback van deelnemers en gebruikt deze om de kwaliteit en relevantie van opleidingen aan te scherpen. Je ondersteunt de selectie van externe opleidingspartners en volgt leveranciers op. Je werkt samen met technische experten om content actueel te houden. Je helpt bij het uitwerken van nieuwe interne trainingen, zowel klassikaal als digitaal. 4. Stakeholderbeheer & Communicatie Je zorgt dat kwalificatiematrices steeds up-to-date zijn in samenwerking met diverse departementen. Je onderhoudt duidelijke communicatie met deelnemers, trainers en externe leveranciers voor een optimale leerervaring. Profiel Ervaring Minstens 3 jaar ervaring in opleidingscoördinatie, projectcoördinatie of Learning & Development, idealiter in een technische omgeving. Vaardigheden Uitstekend organiserend en administratief vermogen. Ervaring met Learning Management Systemen of andere opleidingsplatformen. Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve, oplossingsgerichte houding. Talen Vlotte kennis van Nederlands en Frans; kennis van Engels is een pluspunt. interesse? anne@bimona.be
