Property manager gezocht voor ons fijn en familiale kantoor van VB vastgoedbeheer in Roeselare. Jij komt terecht in een hechte, gedreven en warme werkomgeving, waar ruimte is voor jouw inbreng. Collegialiteit, groeimogelijkheden, open communicatie en gevarieerde taken staan centraal.

Als Property Manager:
- Ziet geen enkele dag er hetzelfde uit.
- In deze dynamische en boeiende job ben jij de eindverantwoordelijke voor het kwalitatieve beheer van je gebouwenportefeuille.
- Zo sta je in voor de technische en juridische opvolging van het onderhoud en de herstellingen in de gemeenschappelijke delen van je gebouwen.
- Hierbij zorg je steeds voor een heldere en constructieve communicatie naar alle betrokken partijen, zoals onder andere de eigenaars en de leveranciers. Daarnaast volg je mogelijke schadedossiers op.
- Eén van de kerntaken van de property manager is het voorbereiden en leiden van de algemene vergaderingen. Dit is hét uitgelezen moment om de mede-eigenaars te informeren, adviseren en begeleiden m.b.t. toekomstige acties binnen het gebouwbeheer. Daarbij neem je steeds een proactieve houding aan. Nadien voer je de beslissingen van de mede-eigenaars correct uit.
- Als een echte problemsolver ga jij vlot om met onverwachte situaties. Jij weet het hoofd koel te houden en in een mum van tijd kan jij de eigenaars ontzorgen.
Jouw administratieve en boekhoudkundige collega's nemen veel zaken uit jouw handen zodat jij je kan focussen op de core van je job. Jij bewaakt overkoepelend het overzicht van het financieel, administratief en juridisch beheer van je gebouwenportefeuille

- Knowhow: Ervaring als gebouwbeheerder? Geweldig Heb je echter een bachelor diploma in een aanverwante richting (zoals vastgoed of rechtspraktijk) of heb je gelijkwaardige ervaring opgedaan in een nevensector? Dan ben je even welkom; wij leren je graag het vak
- Basics: Je bent vlot in het Nederlands en kan vlot overweg met IT tools, zoals het Office pakket.
