Have you always wanted to experience a hotel pre-opening and be involved from the start in establishing a new property? Do you have extensive experience in Sales Management within the hospitality industry and are you looking for a new challenge? Then you are the Sales Manager I am looking for

This well-known hotel group is soon opening two new hotels near Brussels. As the Sales Manager, you will be seeking the best strategy to optimize sales activities for these new hotels. You will mainly focus on selling the rooms. You will also be on the road visiting new and existing clients to further expand the business.

As a Sales Manager, you have a highly responsible role where you focus on positioning new hotels in the Brussels market. In addition, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Acquisition of new corporate accounts (warm leads) and maintaining existing accounts;
  2. Representing the hotel group at various events and fairs, both nationally and internationally;
  3. Independently drafting proposals and contracts;
  4. Providing efficient and proactive service for guest satisfaction;
  5. Keeping customer data up to date via the CRM system;
  6. You will spend a lot of time outside visiting your clients.
In addition to a position in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, you will be working for a well-known European hotel group. The salary for this role is between €3500 - €4000 gross per month based on a full-time employment contract. Additionally, there are several good secondary conditions that I would be happy to discuss with you

  1. Bachelor's level of thinking and working (preferably in hospitality/commercial);
  2. 2+ years of work experience in a comparable leadership position within the hotel industry;
  3. You are fluent in English, preference for Dutch and/or French speaker;
  4. Proactive, commercial, and goal-oriented;
  5. A high degree of independence;
  6. Communication and networking: this is where you excel
