Immobel is a Belgian property developer specializing in mixed-use real estate projects and high-quality urban spaces. We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding clients through the sales process, from initial consultation to contract signing.
  • Representing our premium real estate projects and providing expert advice to clients.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  • Managing your client portfolio independently and achieving sales targets.
  • Contributing to the company's growth with your commercial instinct and team spirit.
  • Participating in events and open houses to promote our brand and projects.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in real estate or equivalent experience.
  • A strong commercial drive and client-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Sales experience is an advantage, but determination and willingness to learn are key.
  • Proficiency in English, Dutch, and/or French.
