We think global and act local, delivering solutions of quality to our clients in Belgium and across Europe. Key responsibilities: Support clients in defining integrated CRM solutions. Participate in pre‑sales activities such as analysis of the business needs, proposal writing, and pitch presentations. Act as a technical and/or functional expert, providing guidance and support throughout the solution design and proposal process. Own the solution implementation and serve as the interface between client and development teams (onshore/nearshore/offshore). Lead project teams in designing future‑proof CRM solutions. Ensure structured requirement gathering aligned with our CRM project methodology. In support of the Delivery Lead, oversee estimations, planning, resource mobilization, execution, and closure. Change Management Guide clients and internal teams through change processes to ensure smooth adoption and long‑term success. Engage in continuous learning and foster partnerships within the business domain Skills and experiences Extensive expertise in Microsoft AI Business Solutions, particularly in MS Dynamics CE and architectural design. Knowledge and experience in requirements engineering, ideally within an agile environment. Strong understanding of business process analysis and design for sales, service and project domains. Structured and methodical approach to developing functional and technical solutions. Leading and motivating cross‑functional teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. You are not afraid to coach your colleagues on a daily basis. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their business and strategic needs, and providing tailored solutions of quality. Excellent communication skills in English and preferably in Dutch or French.
