Technical Infrastructure Designer

About the Role We are looking for two experienced Technical Infrastructure Designers to join our Hosting service. You will play a key role in designing, evolving, and securing large-scale IT infrastructures in a complex enterprise environment, supporting more than 1,000 users. The role combines on-premises expertise with modern hybrid and Azure cloud architectures. Key Responsibilities Design, define, and maintain robust technical infrastructure architectures aligned with business and security requirements Act as a technical authority for infrastructure and systems design in a predominantly Windows-based enterprise environment Design and evolve on-premises infrastructures (compute, storage, networking, virtualization) Define and implement hybrid cloud architectures, integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft Azure Support infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and optimization Collaborate with operations, security, and application teams to ensure high availability, performance, and scalability Produce and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and design guidelines Participate in technical decision-making, reviews, and roadmap definition Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and best practices Required Experience & Skills 5+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Architect / Systems Architect in a large enterprise environment (1,000+ users) Strong hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructures Solid expertise in Windows server environments Proven experience designing and implementing Azure cloud and hybrid cloud architectures Good understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery concepts Ability to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical designs Strong documentation and communication skills Nice to Have Experience in regulated or critical infrastructure environments Knowledge of security-by-design and infrastructure hardening Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus What We Offer Opportunity to work on large-scale, strategic infrastructure projects A technically challenging environment with modern hybrid architectures Collaboration with experienced professionals in a stable, enterprise setting Long-term engagement with real impact on infrastructure evolution
