Technical Infrastructure Designer

About the RoleWe are looking for two experienced Technical Infrastructure Designers to join our Hosting service. You will play a key role in designing, evolving, and securing large-scale IT infrastructures in a complex enterprise environment, supporting more than 1,000 users. The role combines on-premises expertise with modern hybrid and Azure cloud architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, define, and maintain robust technical infrastructure architectures aligned with business and security requirementsAct as a technical authority for infrastructure and systems design in a predominantly Windows-based enterprise environmentDesign and evolve on-premises infrastructures (compute, storage, networking, virtualization)Define and implement hybrid cloud architectures, integrating on-premises systems with Microsoft AzureSupport infrastructure modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and optimizationCollaborate with operations, security, and application teams to ensure high availability, performance, and scalabilityProduce and maintain architecture documentation, technical standards, and design guidelinesParticipate in technical decision-making, reviews, and roadmap definitionEnsure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and best practicesRequired Experience & Skills5+ years of experience as a Technical Infrastructure Architect / Systems Architect in a large enterprise environment (1,000+ users)Strong hands-on experience with on-premises infrastructuresSolid expertise in Windows server environmentsProven experience designing and implementing Azure cloud and hybrid cloud architecturesGood understanding of networking, virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery conceptsAbility to translate business needs into scalable and secure technical designsStrong documentation and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience in regulated or critical infrastructure environmentsKnowledge of security-by-design and infrastructure hardeningAzure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect) are a plusWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on large-scale, strategic infrastructure projectsA technically challenging environment with modern hybrid architecturesCollaboration with experienced professionals in a stable, enterprise settingLong-term engagement with real impact on infrastructure evolution
