ClientOur client, which operates in the medical sector, is based in Louvain-la-Neuve.MissionThe PLM & Teamcenter Expert is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing Siemens Teamcenter PLM solutions to support product lifecycle processes across engineering and manufacturing. This role focuses on EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and MBOM (Manufacturing Bill of Materials) management, ensuring accurate data flow between design and production, and driving process efficiency throughout the product lifecycle.Challenges we trust you withDeploy and configure Teamcenter PLM solutions, including modules for BOM management and change control.Customize workflows and BMIDE configurations to meet EBOM/MBOM requirements.Integrate Teamcenter with CAD tools (NX, CATIA, Creo) and ERP systems (SAP) for seamless EBOM-to-MBOM transitions.Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system stability and performance.Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to streamline EBOM/MBOM workflows.Support change management, BOM synchronization, and document control processes.Deliver user training and create technical documentation for PLM processes and BOM management.Monitor system performance, apply patches/upgrades, and implement best practices.What we valueBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Strong knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter modules for BOM management and customization.Proficiency in BMIDE, ITK, SOA, RAC scripting, and integrations.Familiarity with CAD integration and ERP connectivity.Deep understanding of EBOM and MBOM principles, configuration management, and change control.Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.5+ years in PLM/Teamcenter implementation and administration.Siemens Teamcenter certifications are a plus.Cherry on the cakeExposure to advanced PLM concepts like Digital Twin and Industry 4.0.Knowledge of BOM management best practices and compliance standards.Experience with cloud-based deployments (AWS/Azure) is advantageous.
