Over de functie Ben jij een ervaren douanespecialist met leiderschapskwaliteiten? Hou je van structuur en wil je een team van declaranten aansturen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou Bij Intertrans Antwerpen zoeken we een gedreven Customs Manager die het overzicht bewaakt over onze douane-filialen in België en Nederland en zorgt dat alles vlot, correct en efficiënt verloopt. Wie zoeken wij? Je hebt een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels Je bent communicatief sterk en klantgericht Je werkt nauwkeurig, oplossingsgericht en stressbestendig Je kunt meerdere taken tegelijk beheren en functioneert goed in een team Je hebt relevante ervaring in customs management en AEO Je onderhoudt goede contacten met de lokale douaneautoriteiten Wat ga je doen? Als Customs Manager ben jij eindverantwoordelijk voor de douane-activiteiten van onze filialen in België en Nederland: Je werkt correcte werkprocedures uit en implementeert deze binnen de teams Je stuurt operationeel de declaranten aan en begeleidt hun dagelijkse werk Je handelt geschillen af met de Customs autoriteiten Je verzorgt (interne) facturatie en rapportages Je volgt douanewetgeving nauwgezet op en communiceert hierover intern en extern Je beheert de AEO-vergunning en bereidt AEO-audits voor Je volgt de kredietrekening met de douane op Je beheert en vraagt douanevergunningen aan Je adviseert klanten over customs-gerelateerde vragen en fiscale vertegenwoordiging Je adviseert filialen over hun douane-activiteiten en behoeften Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de budgetopmaak en bewaakt de rentabiliteit van je afdelingen Wat mag je verwachten?
