What can you expect?As a Project Manager IT, your role will directly bring value across departments and teams, from implementing IT systems to optimizing processes.Here's what you'll be doing:- Project leadership: You will manage IT-focused projects, identifying challenges and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions. Your work will include overseeing critical systems such as MES, SAP, and ERP to ensure seamless execution.
- Operational excellence: By leading initiatives to enhance efficiency and control costs, you will play a vital role in achieving operational and commercial goals. You will also provide stakeholders with detailed progress reports based on thorough project analyses.
- Strategic execution: You will work with subject matter experts, business process owners, and external partners to deliver strategic initiatives. In addition, you will refine project management tools and methodologies to enhance performance and results.
- Cross-departmental collaboration: Partnering with internal teams you will ensure alignment and successful delivery of organizational objectives.
Who are we looking for?
Education: You hold a master's degree in IT, project management, or a related field, or you have equivalent experience.
Experience: You have at least three years of experience managing projects in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or similarly regulated industries. Familiarity with operations, manufacturing, or IT systems implementation is a strong advantage.
Languages: You are fluent in English and communicate effectively. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
