Wij verzorgen IT-projecten bij diverse top 100-klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende IT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team verder te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een Program en Project Manager (m/v/x) om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in Brussel.
- Deze positie kan worden ingevuld met zowel vast contract (bediendestatuut) als freelance contract.
- Duurtijd: Lange termijn.
- Leiding geven aan de volledige implementatie van transversale infrastructuurprojecten.
- Projecten beheren, van het ondersteunen van nieuwe infrastructuurprojecten tot organisatorische en procesveranderingen en de integratie van nieuwe technologieën.
- Beheren van projectomvang, planning, levenscyclus deliverables en zorgen voor technische uitmuntendheid.
- Werken met verschillende technische teams die zich bezighouden met infrastructuur, netwerken, server, opslag en beveiliging.
- Bevorder afstemming met belanghebbenden en installatieteams door effectieve en consistente communicatie.
- Communiceren, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, met het IT senior management en relevante bestuursorganen (bijv. stuurgroep).
- Ervoor zorgen dat de beveiligings- en nalevingsvereisten tijdens het hele project worden nageleefd.
- Ondersteunen van inkoopprocessen en -beleid. Beheer en rapporteer over de financiële prestaties van het project.
- Beveiligingsprocessen en -procedures opstellen, bijwerken en onderhouden in samenwerking met teamleden en externe leveranciers.
- Ten minste vijf jaar bewezen succesvolle ervaring met IT-projectmanagement.
- Goede kennis van architectuur en IT-infrastructuurcomponenten (servers, netwerk, opslag, beveiliging…).
- Kennis van Cloud technologieën; platforms en tools (Azure, Kubernetes, Docker).
- Ervaring met digitale transformatieprojecten in een bank- of industriële omgeving.
- Uitgebreide ervaring met stakeholder management en cross-functionele samenwerking.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en kunnen werken in een internationaal team.
- (pluspunt) PMP/PRINCE2-certificering met een goede reputatie.
- Kennis van NIST, ISO 27*, CIS CSC of vergelijkbare cyber- en/of informatiebeveiligingsraamwerken en SOC2, GDPR voor risicobeheer van bedrijfsmiddelen.
