It combines strong local expertise with collaboration across multiple external partners, offering a dynamic and stable work environment.Role OverviewAs a Project Manager – IT BAU Projects, you will ensure the successful delivery of ongoing IT initiatives within the fixed services roadmap. You will coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and business stakeholders to manage technical implementations, monitor progress, and maintain high-quality standards.You will act as a key interface between IT, business, and partner teams—balancing technical understanding, project management, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality expectations.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganize and lead meetings with all project stakeholders (IT, business, and external suppliers) according to program governance.Identify, track, and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.Understand IT deliverables technically to identify dependencies, risks, and testing impacts.Follow the technical implementation from planning to testing, ensuring delivery on time and on budget.Monitor project quality, support operational change management, and implement improvement plans.Coordinate project activities and communicate status updates through internal reporting tools.Track project budgets and ensure adherence to approved limits.Profile RequirementsTechnical QualificationsUniversity degree in IT, Telecommunications, or related field.Minimum 5 years' experience in IT project management, preferably in the telecom environment.Hands-on understanding of Telco BSS & OSS systems (order management, provisioning, system integration, APIs).Experience managing multiple partners, including offshore vendors.Knowledge of IT operations and technical delivery processes.Non-Technical CompetenciesOrganized, autonomous, and assertive.Strong communicator with leadership capabilities.Able to understand business needs and propose suitable IT solutions.Experience building and following project plans, tracking dependencies, and coordinating teams.Language RequirementsFluent in French and/or Dutch.Professional proficiency in English.Why JoinLooking for a new challenge in IT project management?
