At darwind, we welcome professionals who enjoy taking ownership, creating structure and driving meaningful change in dynamic environments.About the RoleAs a Project Manager, you play a key role in planning, coordinating and delivering projects. You bring structure, clarity and alignment across teams, ensuring smooth execution and real business value. Depending on the assignment, you may take on responsibilities from classical PM, PMO or Product Owner roles.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate project activities and support end-to-end delivery.Assist or lead the creation of project plans, roadmaps and schedules.Manage project scope, risks, timelines and dependencies.Facilitate refinement sessions, workshops and stakeholder meetings.Prepare reports, dashboards and KPI updates for management.Support or lead resource planning, budgeting and performance tracking.Write and refine user stories, prioritise backlogs (in PO-type missions).Ensure clear communication between business, IT and stakeholders.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and project governance.ProfileYou have a Master's DegreeMinimum 2 years of experience as Project Manager, PMO or Product Owner.Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).Ability to manage timelines, risks, scope and stakeholder expectations.Experience with tools such as JIRA, MS Project, Confluence or equivalent.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to structure information and present it clearly to different audiences.Experience with backlog management, user stories or sprint planning is a plus.Proactive, organised and comfortable working autonomously.Fluency in Dutch and proficient in French is a plusCompensation PackageAn attractive salary package including hospitalization insurance, group insurance, meal allowance and the choice between a company car with EU fuel card or the federal mobility budget.Sounds like your next step?
