**The main tasks for the Project Manager will be**:

- Project planning Revising the Project Initiation Document (PID) to guarantee precision at the start of the project
- Creating an adapted project plan to reach the project goals and advantages within the defined frame
- Recognizing the complete project team, assets, and allocation
- Engaging stakeholders and describing roles and duties
- Defining a communication approach among project stakeholders and setting up project authority and examples & indicating appropriate value processes (issue managing, risk managing, intensification managing, deliverables acceptance )
- Project Executing
- Managing Organizing and holding project implementation kick-off meeting
- Ensuring responsibility to the project from project crew participants, clients or stakeholders
- Executing the project plan from preparing to end
- Coordinating, organizing, and leading the project crew and actions & Ensure the value Manage resources, develop schedules and individual responsibilities to perform project actions
- Overseeing contractors in charge of project actions, managing relations with the suppliers
- Supervising and monitoring project progress versus project plan.
- Controlling and managing project costs and budget Evaluating and managing project risks and problems, implementing the risk management plan. Project closing Close the project and submit final deliverables with a proper handover to the RUN squad
- Management and reporting
- Coordinating the actions of all project crew members & Ensuring the flow and delivery of information
- Using project managing tool to follow routine and schedule adherence
- Working with and reporting to the manager to oversee project interdependences
- Offering regular updates on venture status, hazards, development, and KPIs to the Portfolio Management Officer
- University / Master’s grade or comparable
- 5 or more years’ involvement in a related role
- Solid practice in
- IT Project Management
- In Risk Management
- Fully up to date with the newest:

- Processes
- Methodologies
- Tools & Spend Management
- Strong communication skills in:

- Dutch
- Flemish
- French
- Control uncertainty, safeguard responsibility & recommend the best procedures in project management
- Team-oriented, detail-oriented, efficient, and solution-oriented attitude
- Superb analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work independently and in a team
- Great English skills (written and spoken)
