**Tasks**:
- Manage the implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and using the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality;
- Give proposals for project strategies, planning, definition of tasks and deliverables, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting and management systems, follow up and organization;
- Guide the team in charge of project activities and review their deliverables;
- Strong organisational and time-management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills,
- Leadership and negotiation capacities, problem-solving skills and risk management capacities;
**Requirements**:
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline, combined with 15 years of relevant working experience in IT;
- More than 5 years of proven successful project management experience in the HR field;
- Excellent knowledge of project management standards and best practices;
- Excellent knowledge of project management tools (ServiceNow SPM would be a plus);
- Good knowledge of project management methodologies such as SAFe and PM²;
- Good knowledge of business process analysis, modelling tools and practices;
- Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including customization and configuration of ServiceNow capabilities for HR-specific solutions;
- Understanding of data security and privacy regulations in HR systems would be a plus (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA);
- Certifications and standards in the following areas would be considered an asset: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified in PM², ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources or any other ServiceNow;
- Excellent command of the English language, and a good understanding of French.
