You have a passion for trade fairs and events and know better than anyone how to get companies involved in this story. Because it is not just a trade fair stand that you are selling, but a total experience: a unique opportunity for a company or organization to put itself in the picture, to connect with other people and to build customer relationships.

What type of fairs can you be deployed at? This ranges from Bedrijvencontactdagen to DIY Pro & Garden, from Broodway to Meat Expo; in other words, a gigantic range of industries that will become your playground for farming and hunting

Because this is a fairly unique job, we have created a step-by-step plan to give you a good idea of what this role entails:

  • You will look for companies that you think are an enrichment for our fair, ie companies that can offer an interesting solution, service or product for fair visitors. Already a nice fact to give your own personal 'touch' to the fair you are working on
  • You make the first (telephone) contact. You can explain the added value of the fair with enthusiasm. Of course, it is also important to listen to the customer and advise them on the possibilities for them.
  • You can use our handy database where you can clearly record and consult all information about and contact moments with a prospect or customer.
  • You keep in touch, answer questions and advise on the participation options. You think along and know exactly how the customer can best achieve their objectives. In short: you work on the relationship with your near-customer to then hear the fantastic news… They want to become an exhibitor
  • Your ultimate goal: to bring together a range of exhibitors together with your colleagues and create a truly total experience for the visitors. You will work in teams consisting of an Exhibition Manager, fellow Account Managers, Exhibition Supports, team Marketing, ...
  • During the set-up days, you can meet your customers physically and wish them much success with the many trade fair contacts.
  • During the actual trade fair days you can (proudly) do your tour of the trade fair floor. This is really enjoying your hard work Here you can network with your customers. And who knows... they may even be determined to participate in the next edition again
Profile

You are someone with strong commercial skills, who likes to be in the world of fairs and events. Always willing to convince new exhibitors, both by phone and in real life. You combine professional know-how with a customer and result-oriented approach and receive compliments for your empathy and perseverance.

  • You already have relevant experience in sales.
  • You can sell our events in Dutch and French.
  • You are stress-resistant and flexible.
  • You are a hard worker who thrives both independently and in a team.
