As a Data & AI Solution Architect within our Data & AI team at Cegeka, you will play a key role in designing smart, scalable and future-proof solutions that enable our customers to make better decisions, optimize processes and accelerate innovation. You play a key role in proposal processes, respond to tenders and develop comprehensive Data & AI business cases. You advise on and implement solutions using Azure AI services (including machine learning models, RAGs, Agentic AI, etc.). Based on a thorough analysis of the customer's requirements, you collaborate with your colleagues to create proposals covering technological, commercial and financial aspects. You ensure a clear and attractive presentation for customers. You translate the existing architecture into a concrete roadmap and long-term plan with a clear and proactive future vision. You engage stakeholders effectively and gather as much information as possible to fully understand your customer's needs. You have a keen eye for opportunities and you can inspire customers to embrace new technologies. Your persuasive skills and passion are invaluable in this process. You present architectural roadmaps and assist customers in shaping their data and AI vision. You engage in discussions with both technical experts and business stakeholders. Innovation and knowledge sharing are central to our approach. As a strong communicator, you have no trouble delivering compelling presentations to customers and prospects. Your understanding of market expectations provides valuable input for our innovation process. What you need to succeed: You have experience in the field of Data & AI and possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure Data & AI Services (Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Data Factory, Fabric, Azure Databricks, etc.) as well as other technologies, frameworks, and platforms (Snowflake, Huggingface, Cloud native setups,...) You keep up with the latest developments in AI. Thanks to your background in Data & AI, your empathy and your persuasive skills, you can develop and propose future-proof solutions. You are capable of capturing, analyzing and translating the business needs of customers (both at C-level and among technical teams) into concrete solutions. You present these solutions in a clear commercial text, grasping complexities, simplifying them, and ensuring an attractive visualization of the proposal. You are a strong and persuasive communicator, and you are proficient in PowerPoint. You strive to provide real added value to your customers, working result-oriented with a continuous focus on quality. You naturally inspire trust and aim to collaborate as effectively as possible with your clients. You are stress-resistant, thrive under deadlines, and bring out the best in every challenge. Our projects mainly take place in the Ghent - Brussels - Antwerp - Limburg region. If your presence at the customers’s site is not required, you can work from the Cegeka office closest to your home (Hasselt, Ghent, Leuven, Diegem, Antwerp) or from your home office.
