De Rol Als IT Business Analyst werk je op strategische IT-projecten binnen een grote Belgische organisatie actief in een sterk gereguleerd domein (o.a. GDPR en DORA). Je vormt de brug tussen business en technologie en begeleidt projecten van analyse tot implementatie . Je combineert analysewerk met projectleiding en zorgt ervoor dat oplossingen zowel technisch haalbaar, kostenefficiënt als gebruikersvriendelijk zijn. Wat ga je doen? Analyse & Advies Je analyseert businessprocessen, systemen en requirements in detail. Je vertaalt complexe behoeften naar duidelijke functionele specificaties. Je adviseert stakeholders over mogelijke oplossingen, alternatieven en verbeteringen. Projectleiding & Ownership Je begeleidt projecten end-to-end: scope bepalen, planning, risico’s, budget, rapportering. Je werkt nauw samen met business, IT, leveranciers en interne experts. Je zorgt ervoor dat deliverables op tijd, binnen budget en met de juiste kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Integratie & Optimalisatie Je denkt mee over integraties tussen systemen en hoe oplossingen best ingebed worden. Je draagt bij aan de optimalisatie van processen, tooling en applicaties. Je bewaakt dataveiligheid en compliance (GDPR, DORA). Wat breng jij mee? Ervaring & Technische achtergrond 3–5 jaar ervaring als IT Business Analyst of Business Analyst / Project Manager . Ervaring met Microsoft-technologieën (.NET stack) of vergelijkbare cloud/enterprise-omgevingen. Sterke kennis van analysemethodes: BPMN Use Cases BABOK Activity Diagrams Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodologieën (Prince2, PMI/PMP). Inzicht in GDPR , DORA en dataveiligheidsprincipes. Perfect Nederlandstalig + goede kennis Engels. Competenties Klantgericht, communicatief en analytisch. Sterke oordeelsvorming & probleemoplossend denken. Proactief, resultaatgericht en ondernemend. Teamplayer die ook zelfstandig ownership kan nemen. Flexibel en comfortabel in veranderende omgevingen. Pluspunten Ervaring in een gereguleerde sector (verzekeringen, banking, finance).
