Within GBS, you will join the ESES Settlement & Issuer team where you can play a key role in the delivery process in a transition situation between Waterfall & Agile.
Your Mission as an IT Project Manager
- You manage and deliver projects on time, on budget, and up to Euroclear quality standards in order to achieve client satisfaction.
- You assign a wide range of tasks based on skills, experience, and availability; clearly communicating task priorities, and help people to adjust workload as needed.
- You prepare project schedules, reports, and budgets. You track and monitor all deliverables, calendars, and meetings as necessary.
- You monitor the project by checking actual performance against planned performance, to ensure scope, schedule, and budget goals are met or exceeded.
- You collect inputs and prepare weekly and monthly status reports, explaining any deviations from planned budgets and schedules.
- You provide guidance and direction to ensure proper, timely completion of work.
- You anticipate problems or situations that could affect the team, assessing the potential impact and planning the best solution. Manage effectively the issues escalation to the appropriate level within the client's or our organization when necessary.
- You interact frequently with team, management, and customer to define project requirements and identify solutions consistent with defined terms, policy, and regulations.
- You schedule and animate meetings around delivery (waterfall and participation in agile ceremonies) with business (sponsorship meeting).
- You administrate time tracking activities for your project.
- You obtain the client's acceptance of the solution upon project completion.
Profile
- You have a master's degree and 5+ years of experience in complex projects.
- You have a PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification preferred.
- Your English is fluent and allows you to communicate and negotiate easily with whoever you have to communicate (IT or Business).
- You have the ability to maintain effective relationships with internal & external customers.
- You anticipate the needs of your customers and formulate a plan to address them.
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to work as part of a project team.
- You are customer-focused, providing consultative and strategic insight into projects and solutions.
- You are comfortable presenting to large and diverse audiences.
- You have strong analytical skills.
